With Over 10 years of foreclosure and property management experience, Jake works diligently with clients going through foreclosure, to help understand and provide unique solutions for each unique situation. After working hours, Jake likes to stay active in the community, whether its church, softball games, community events, fundraisers, or just helping someone out!

Jordan handles all maintenance for our rental properties including scheduling inspections, hiring contractors and coordinating the work to be done at each property. Her vibrant personality makes the office a great place to be! Outside of office hours, Jordan likes to attend church events, workout, sing and is currently learning how to play the piano!

Charlie got into the business after his family went through a mortgage foreclosure, which is where his passion for helping others stems from. Charlie works patiently and diligently with homeowners to make sure they are aware of their rights and then helps them find a solution that meets their family’s needs. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys writing music and spending time with his daughters.

Cassandra handles all incoming and outgoing collection procedures, answers and places phone calls and helps with all other office tasks. Mrs. North is the face of the office! She comes in everyday with a permanent smile! When Cassandra is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter.

Mrs. Hayes has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. Her position within the company requires her to multi-task daily, which includes management and staff supervision in oversight of real estate property management tasks. Outside of work, Mrs. Hayes enjoys spending time with her family and taking classes at the local community college.
